She has a wide range of experience, acting for both claimants and respondents in contentious matters and advising on non-contentious employment matters. She has advised on unfair dismissals, all types of discrimination matters, redundancies and TUPE matters. Her clients have included small and medium-sized companies, trade unions, high net worth individuals and senior management figures. Hetal’s practice at the firm includes a regular tribunal caseload (including advocacy), collective redundancy advisory work and corporate transactional employment advice. Hetal graduated from Brunel University in 2002 and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
