• Advising a real estate investment management company on joint venture investment projects with the real estate investment arm of a major bank for the acquisition of office and industrial properties in Scandinavia
• Advising a provider of biometric security solutions to international businesses on a group restructuring and on its supply and maintenance contracts
• Acting for seller of literacy-training educational publishing business to Oxford University Press for £3 million plus ongoing royalty stream
• Acting for an online directory business aimed at English ex-pats in a growing number of European locations on a £500,000 investment by a private equity firm
• Acting for AIM-listed software company on its proposed reverse takeover of an Irish internet payment solutions provider having operations in Germany, Canada and the U.S.
• Acting for a consortium of hospital consultants on a joint venture with a major private healthcare provider in relation to a new day-care clinic, including a capital raising exercise and the preparation and negotiation of the joint venture agreement
• Advising the board of an AIM-listed company on the procedure for de-listing and taking the company private
