- an independent broker of independent citizen photojournalism on an investment and distribution deal with a major US photographic agency
- a Dutch-owned employment services and apprenticeship provider on its acquisition of a UK apprenticeship, training and skills consultancy
- a private equity investor on the purchase of a medical services company from an administrator in a “pre-pack” arrangement
- a consortium of investors in connection with their acquisition of a 50% shareholding in a “spin-out” company established to exploit technology developed by academics from Oxford University
- a provider of software for electronic payment processing specialist on a cross-border company take-over structured by means of a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement
- a "smart energy" company in connection with its second-round financing from a major UK energy company and a private equity fund
- a partnership of hospital consultants in relation to the termination of their joint venture with Nuffield Health.
- an international advertising and branding agency on a restructuring designed to provide a phased exit for its founders and an equity stake for junior management
- selling shareholders in sale of UK oil trading and fuel blending company, with an annual turnover in excess of £1 billion, to an Irish private equity buyer
- a Japanese TV company in relation to its proposed admission to AIM
- a Dutch private equity buyer in its £2.5 million acquisition of a UK voice recording supplier.
